Senior Account Manager

Brighton Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Brand Builder team. At Brighton, Senior Account Managers deliver daily on making extraordinary things happen for our clients, their brands and their customers. Successful candidates will have a track record of achieving outstanding results using strategic skills such as managing the planning process and account and project management. You’ll coordinate with other agency disciplines like influencer engagement, creative, media, multimedia and digital. 
 
This is an opportunity to showcase your passion and deep knowledge for building brands and marketing communications and for using your strategic planning and management ability to help ensure that a single project or major campaign is executed on time, on budget and with impact. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   
  • Proactively drive winning ideas forward as part of Brighton’s strategic planning process and work with cross-functional teams
  • Learn our clients’ businesses and audiences at a depth that will enable you to maximize your ability to provide and manage solutions that will help clients achieve business objectives
  • Supervise junior team members in the management of agency accounts by delegating responsibilities while setting and maintaining deadlines 
  • Identify and support new business and organic growth opportunities
  • Meet and liaison with clients to develop relationships, identify objectives and opportunities and discuss strategic approaches to their business
  • Create budgets, manage campaign costs and support invoicing, ensuring profitability
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 7 to 10 years of experience with project/account management in an agency or corporate marketing setting; B.S. or higher in Marketing, Communications or related required
  • Healthcare marketing communications experience a plus
  • Ability to illustrate results and go the extra mile for clients
  • Simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities and audiences
  • Ability to thrive independently and as a team member in a creative, friendly and fast-paced environment

Interactive Producer

Brighton Agency is looking for an Interactive Producer to join our Interactive team. As a member of the Interactive team you will be working with professionals in front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, information architecture, digital/social content and mobile technology. You will ask questions & collaborate, fill-in-the-gaps, and drive results to achieve a best-in-class digital experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of the functions, processes, and production requirements of digital and technical deliverables, will have a strong agency background, and will serve as a coordinator and owner for digital projects – delivered on time and on budget.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage plans and budgets for projects including accurate time estimates of basic design and development tasks
  • Regularly communicate with project teams through a variety of methods – daily standups, conference calls, email or presentations
  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, strategists, account service, digital marketers, and creatives
  • Work with teams to anticipate challenges and develop solutions to those challenges that will arise over the course of a project
  • Negotiate priorities and secure resources for team (e.g. source additional copy or design help) to meet target timelines
  • Manage and build internal relationships on a project level and beyond; client-facing as needed
  • Work hands-on in any, not necessarily all, of these areas: information architecture, UX/UI design, front-end development, and/or QA testing.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, analytics and measurement tools, design best practices, and current technology trends
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Passionate about digital communications – demonstrated by your curiosity about its infinite possibilities and a willingness to continuously learn
  • Familiarity with Workamajig is a plus
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change

Copywriter

Brighton Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Copywriter. You’re good with words, but you also understand that words are only as compelling as the ideas they express. Not surprisingly, you’re mildly obsessed with developing original concepts and messages that make an impact—from campaigns to collateral. You’re analytical enough to dive into research but intuitive enough to sense when something important isn’t captured by it. You’re adept at understanding technical concepts and making them accessible through your writing.

As a member of our Creative team, you will work with our Strategy & Planning, Influencer Engagement and Brand Builder teams to propose and create messaging that connects brands and people with thoughtful and engaging marketing solutions. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Establish a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, objectives and audiences
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop persuasive messaging strategies and original creative across a variety of accounts and mediums
  • Participate in brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the Creative team
  • Present work to clients with polished presentations and strong rationale
  • Manage the development process from concept to production to ensure the quality and consistency of each communication   

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 to 6 years of related experience; B.S. in writing or equivalent required
  • Bonus points for B2B, healthcare, life science, or technical writing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with a wide range of personalities and audiences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive independently and as a team member in a creative, friendly and fast-paced environment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Proactively contribute to great ideas as part of Brighton's strategic planning process and working with audience engagement teams
  • Develop estimates and scopes by engaging across disciplines with regard to client deliverables, with supervisor input and approval
  • Update and maintain client status reports, including objectives, deadlines and budgets
  • Function effectively as a valued part of the team, coordinating efforts across disciplines
  • Assist with creative brief development execution and follow-up, as identified
