Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, etc. or equivalent experience required

  • A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail, problem solving, experience preparing files for a range of printing techniques (digital, offset, etc.), and creative solutions to unique problems

Front End Developer

Brighton Agency is looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our Digital Innovation team. At Brighton, our developers work closely with our creative teams and our account teams to ensure flawless execution to deliver digital applications to our clients. Successful candidates will have a track record of achieving outstanding results using their finely tuned skillset.

The successful candidate will be an experienced web developer in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery. Comfortable building clean maintainable HTML/CSS from Photoshop source files. Experienced with CSS frameworks including Foundation or Bootstrap. Comfortable with command line tools for source control (Git) and build scripts such as Gulp or Grunt. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React is a plus. Experience building templates for Sitefinity is a big plus. 

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent with jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 including common animation effects. 
  • Strong familiarity with common layout frameworks such as Bootstrap and a good grasp of implementing responsive designs. 
  • Familiarity with LESS and/or SASS. 
  • Knowledge of advanced javascript libraries and frameworks like Backbone, Angular, Node, etc. 
  • Familiarity with common production tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Animate.

Senior Influencer Engagement Manager

At Brighton, influencer engagement combines a number of related disciplines including messaging strategy, media relations, influencer outreach, social media, content development and community management. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and helping execute innovative influencer programs for clients that effectively “break through the noise” and connect by delivering value and results. You’ll work across several clients, side by side with collaborative and committed colleagues across disciplines like brand building, creative, media and insights. And you’ll develop strategy and content for some of the leading brands that reach and engage Farm, Food and Family audiences.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

As a key leader on our Influencer Engagement team, you will work with our Customer Insights and Brand Builder teams to propose and implement strategic influencer engagement programs that connect brands and people with thoughtful and engaging marketing solutions.

This is an opportunity to showcase your passion and deep knowledge for media relations, social media, content creation and analysis. Primary responsibilities for the position include:
